Showroom Rules
No food or drinks allowed in the showroom.
Two people at a time on trampolines.
No bare feet permitted. Socks required. No shoes on trampolines.
Children must be spotted by an adult on monkey bars.
No running, tag, or chase games permitted.
No hanging on basketball rims.
Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk
I willingly agree to comply with all stated and customary rules, terms, and conditions for participation.
I understand that there is a risk of injury from the use of Playground World equipment. I acknowledge that continuous adult supervision is required to reduce such risk. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of other participants or employees.
I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to myself, my child(ren), or those under my care. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playground World, its affiliates, officers, members, agents, employees, and other participants from any and all liability, claims, attorney fees, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By signing this waiver, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) under my care, and I have full authority to sign on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for their conduct and safety while participating in activities at Playground World.
Media Release
I grant Playground World the right and permission to publish photographs and/or video taken within its showrooms, without charge, on its social media or other promotional channels.
