Springfree Trampoline Installation Guidelines
To make your trampoline installation as smooth and safe as possible, please review the following:
We recommend having a decision-maker present during the installation to confirm placement and orientation.
If no one is available, please mark all four corners of the desired location with stakes or flags.
Be sure to allow for a 3-foot safety zone around the entire trampoline. Watch for low-hanging branches or overhead obstructions.
Anchors are highly recommended. If you didn’t purchase Springfree anchors, please have an anchoring plan in place to protect your trampoline from high winds.
Contact your sales rep if you’d like to add anchors to your order.
The installation area must be level or near-level. Our crew can dig up to 3–4” at contact points if needed.
Leveling blocks are available at $12.99 each.
Avoid running irrigation for 48 hours before your scheduled installation, and reach out to your sales rep if your yard is affected by snow, heavy rain, or new sod.
We reserve the right to reschedule if weather or yard conditions prevent safe installation.
Please clear the area of any debris, yard waste, or pet waste before our crew arrives.
If the area is not ready, a trip fee may be added to your balance.
We are not responsible for any damage to buried utility lines, irrigation systems, or sprinkler heads.
Our team cannot remove trees or shrubs to create clearance for installation.
Please ensure there’s access to an outdoor electrical outlet for tool recharging.
