Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been delivered or installed. If your order includes special-order items, cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns

Due to the size and custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once an item has been delivered, installed, or assembled. However, if you believe your product arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Deposits & Special Orders

Deposits on custom or special-order products are non-refundable once the order has been processed. This includes items that are made-to-order or have been customized to your specifications.

Product Warranty
