The entire experience working with Playground World was top notch, from start to finish. I bought a playground so that they would have something to do outside. It keeps them isolated in one area. Between my kids and my nieces and nephews, ages range from preschool to 4th grade, the playset bridges that gap between them - they can all play on it together! Also PGW is Full-services! Helped with designing the system to fit our yard. Prepared the base with rubbber mulch, and installed it.

Really nice to work with. None of it was stressful. They came out to the house and measures to make sure it would all fit. It only took a day to put up. We were worried about the set being an eye sore to our neighbors, but it's so nice and blends in really well.

It was such an easy process. The people at the showroom were good at helping us visualize what it would look like - they drew up a bunch of pictures! They also helped us switch around a few pieces based on what we wanted.

We didn't get a Costco system because we knew we were going to move and wanted to take it with us. Plus with PGW installation is included and we can add new peices as the the kids get older. Installation crew was amazing.
